See your donations.
The Donations page shows how much your appeals have raised, this year and for each appeal.
Steps
-
In the sidebar, under Content, click Donations.
-
The three figures at the top show what's been Raised this year, the Average online donation, and how many appeals are live.
-
Each appeal's row shows what it has raised, the number of donations and, if it has a goal, how close it is.
What the figures mean
- Raised this year counts online donations since 1 January, less any refunds, plus money you added this year under Money raised elsewhere. The line under it splits the two, for example “£168 online from 23 donations, plus £120 raised elsewhere”.
- Average online donation counts online donations only.
- An appeal's own total also includes any money you've added under Money raised elsewhere, such as collection boxes. The row says so, for example “includes £420 raised elsewhere”.
- Goal reached shows once an appeal passes its goal. An appeal with no goal says “No goal set, so visitors see no bar.”
- A draft appeal says “Not shown to visitors yet”.
