Choose where an appeal appears.
You choose which pages of your guide show an appeal: a whole exhibit, a species wherever it lives, or one named animal.
Steps
-
In the sidebar, under Content, click Donations.
-
Click the appeal in the list.
-
Under 5 · Where it shows, click Choose exhibits, species and animals.
-
Tick the places it should show. Untick any it should leave.
TipExhibits covers the exhibit's page and its fact files. Species covers every fact file with that scientific name. Animals covers just that animal's profile.
-
Check the list of pages under the boxes, which starts “Visitors will see it on”, then click Done.
-
Click Save changes.
Good to know
- One appeal shows per page. If two appeals cover the same page, the more specific one wins: an animal's appeal beats a species', which beats an exhibit's.
- Names in yellow are already in another appeal.
- Only species with a scientific name, and animals with a nickname, are listed. Hidden animals and quizzes aren't offered.
