Read your Discovery report.
The Discovery report shows how visitors have used your QR codes, badges and rewards over the last 30 days. The numbers are anonymous.
Steps
-
In the sidebar, under Content, click Discovery. The report is at the top of the page.
-
Read the tiles for the headline numbers.
-
Below them, see which exhibits and badges lead the way.
What the tiles mean
- Sign scans: how many times visitors scanned an exhibit's QR code, and how many visitors did. A visitor scanning the same sign twice in one day counts once.
- Zones completed: how many times a visitor found everything in an exhibit.
- Scanners who complete a zone: the share of visitors who scanned a sign and went on to complete an exhibit.
- Badges earned: badges won, and by how many visitors.
- Trails finished: how many Today's trail lists were finished.
- Rewards claimed: rewards marked as claimed at your desk.
The lists
- Most scanned exhibits, Most completed exhibits and Most earned badges each show the top five.
- An exhibit nobody scans may need its sign moving somewhere easier to see.
Good to know
- Until visitors start scanning, the report says “No discovery activity yet”.
