Set up Discovery rewards.
Rewards turn badges into something visitors can collect at your venue, such as a sticker or a discount. Rewards are off until you turn them on, and you choose which badges earn one.
Steps

In the sidebar, under Content, click Discovery.

Turn on the switch next to Discovery rewards.

Under Redeemable badges, tick a badge that should earn a reward.
TipRest the pointer on a badge's name to see what earns it.

In the box beside it, type the reward. It starts as “Free sticker at the front desk”, which you can change.

If you like, add Small print (optional), such as “One reward per family per day”.

Click Save rewards. “✅ Saved” appears next to the button.
What visitors see
- When a visitor earns a badge with a reward, they're told a reward is waiting. In the Discovery Hub, the badge shows 🎁 Reward!.
- Tapping it shows 🎁 Your reward: with your text, and “Show this screen to a member of staff”.
- Badges they haven't earned yet show 🎁 Worth earning: with the reward, to give them a reason to keep exploring.
Good to know
- A reward can be up to 80 characters.
- A ticked badge with an empty box has no reward. To stop offering a reward, untick its badge and save.
- Turning the switch off hides every reward from visitors but keeps your list, so you can turn it back on later.
- Visitors who already have the guide open see your changes the next time they open it.
