Archive or restore a screen.

Archive a screen when you take it down. Its link stops working, but its settings are kept, so you can restore it later.

Steps

1. 1

   In the sidebar, under Content, click Live Labels.

   In the screen's row, click Archive.

   A box explains what happens. Click Archive screen.

   To bring a screen back, open Archived screens below the list and click Restore in its row.

   

Good to know

• An archived screen shows "This screen has been archived" if it's still switched on.
• Restored screens keep their link, number and settings. Open the page on the screen again, or wait a minute for it to check in.
• Archived screens never show as offline on Home.
