Add talk times.

Add your daily talks and feeds once, with the days they run, and visitors see them in your guide every day they're on.

Steps

In the sidebar, under Content, click Talk Times.
Click + Add New Talk Time, at the top of the page.
Type the talk's Name and its start Time.

TipVisitors read the name as “The next Penguin feed starts in 10 minutes”, so name the talk, not the exhibit.
Under Days, tick the days it runs. Tick Daily for every day, or Weekends for Saturday and Sunday.
In Exhibit, choose where the talk happens, or leave it as Whole site.

TipLive Labels screens for that exhibit count down to the talk.
Click Save Talk Time. The talk appears in the list.

Your guide's Get Started page lists Today's talks, with the next one marked “Next · in 25 min” and finished ones marked Finished.
From 15 minutes before a talk, a banner across the top of the guide says “The next Penguin feed starts in 15 minutes” and counts down.
Only talks running today are shown, so a weekend talk doesn't appear on a Tuesday.

Each talk needs a name, a time and at least one day. Without a day, you'll see “All fields are required”.
Add one talk time for each start time. A feed at 11:00 and 15:00 is two talk times.
