Change or cancel a talk time.

Change a talk's time, name or days whenever your timetable changes. If a talk has stopped for good, delete it.

Steps

   In the sidebar, under Content, click Talk Times.

   Find the talk and click Edit in its row.

   Change the Name, Time, Days or Exhibit, then click Save Talk Time. You'll see “Talk time updated!”.

   

Cancel a talk for good

• Click Delete in the talk's row.
• A box asks “Delete "Penguin feed"?”, with the talk's name. Click Delete talk time. The talk disappears from your guide straight away.

Good to know

• Talk times repeat every week, so there's no way to cancel just one day. To skip today, untick today's day (or Daily, then tick the other days), and change it back afterwards.
• Changes show in your guide the next time a visitor opens or refreshes a page.
