Print QR codes for your exhibits.
Each exhibit has its own QR code. Visitors scan it to open that exhibit's page in your guide, so put it where they'll see it, such as on the exhibit's sign.
Steps
-
In the sidebar, under Content, click QR Codes.
-
Choose an exhibit from the list.
-
Click Generate QR Code. The code appears on the page.
-
Click Download this QR Code. It saves as an SVG picture, which stays sharp at any size, ready to print or add to your sign.
Every exhibit at once
- At the top of the QR Codes page, click Generate QR Codes for All Exhibits. Every exhibit's code downloads together in one ZIP file, one SVG per exhibit.
Good to know
- In Exhibits & Objects, each exhibit's row also has a Download link in the QR Code column. It saves the same code.
- Each animal or object has its own code too, which opens its fact file. Open its exhibit and use Download in the animal's row.
- The code is built from the exhibit's ID, so it keeps working if you rename the exhibit.
- The file is named after the exhibit, for example “Curious-QRCode-2-Otter_Cove.svg”. SVG pictures open in any web browser, and in design tools such as Canva or Word.
