Preview a fact file before publishing.

While you edit an animal, a phone beside the form shows its fact file as visitors will see it. Nothing changes on your guide until you save.

Steps

In the sidebar, under Content, click Exhibits & Objects.
Click the row of the exhibit the animal lives in.
Click the animal's name. Its fact file opens.
Make a change in any field.
Look at Live preview on the right. The phone updates as you type and scrolls to the part you're editing. Below it, On the exhibit page shows the animal's card in the exhibit's list.
To compare with what's on your guide now, click Open real page ↗ above the phone. It opens in a new tab and shows the last saved version.
When it looks right, click Save & publish.

The card on the exhibit page uses the Short Description. The fact file uses the Long Description.
To check on a real phone after you save, scan the animal's QR code. It's under QR Code in the exhibit's list.
