Hearts: how visitors like an animal.
Every fact file has a heart. Visitors tap it to show they love that animal, and you can see which animals are the most loved.
Steps
-
On a fact file, the heart sits on the animal's photo, at the top right, with the number of hearts so far.
-
The visitor taps the heart. It fills in, the number goes up and a few small hearts float out.
-
A bubble says the animal thanks them, for example “Luna thanks you! ♥”, and shows its place among your favourites, such as “#2 most-loved here”.
Good to know
- Each phone can heart each animal once. The heart stays filled on that phone.
- Hearts show on animals, species, films and blogs. Quizzes and audio guides don't have one. On a film the bubble says “Thanks for the heart! ♥”.
- A visitor who hearts five favourites earns the Superfan Discovery badge.
- On Accelerate, Most loved · all time in your Insights Overview ranks your most-hearted animals.
- The hearts a visitor gave are counted on their Share my visit card.
