Fix the problems in Needs attention.
Every night, Curious checks your fact files and lists anything that needs fixing under Needs attention on Home. It looks for animals with no photo, photos that won't load, possible spelling mistakes, and the same animal listed twice in one exhibit.
Steps

In the sidebar, click Home.

Under Needs attention, click Add photo or Fix next to a problem. The fact file opens.

Add the photo, or correct the spelling in the text.

Click Save & publish.
Good to know
- Home shows the first four problems. Click the “more in the full check” link to see them all in Insights, under Needs attention · full check. On plans without Insights, the link shows the rest on Home.
- A problem you've fixed leaves the list as soon as you've saved it and gone back to Home. If you've changed a photo's link, the new one is tried in the nightly check.
- Spelling is checked against a list of common mistakes. If the word is right, such as an animal's name, click Dismiss next to it. Curious won't flag that word again for your venue.
- For an animal listed twice, delete the copy you don't need, or give each a different nickname.
- When nothing is wrong, it says “Nothing flagged”.
