Education: what visitors learned.

The Education page shows how visitors do in your quizzes: how many play, how many finish, which questions catch them out, and where they give up.

Steps

In the sidebar, under Insights, click Education.
The tiles show Quiz attempts, Completion rate, Answer accuracy, Avg response time per question, and how many Quizzes live.
Under Where players drop off, choose a quiz. Each bar shows how many players reached that question, and the biggest drop is picked out.
Click a question's bar to see which answers visitors chose. The right answer has a ✓.
Hardest questions lists the five questions answered correctly least often, across all your quizzes.
Quiz breakdown compares every quiz: attempts, completions and average score.

A question that's often wrong and slow to answer is usually worded unclearly. Try rewording it.
Hardest questions only counts questions with at least 10 answers.
If you run a quiz before the visit and the same quiz after, Before vs after the visit compares the scores. Give them the same name, one ending in “pre-visit” and the other in “post-visit”.
The page follows the time period chosen at the top.
