You can download your Insights as CSV files, which open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Each download covers the time period chosen at the top of the page.

Steps

   In the sidebar, under Insights, click Overview.

   Choose the time period you want at the top of the page.

   At the bottom of the page, click Visitors CSV. A file downloads with one row for every page view.

   

Other downloads

• Quiz answers: in Education, click Education CSV at the bottom of the page. It has one row for every answer given.
• Feedback: in Feedback, under All responses, click Feedback CSV. It has each response's rating, comment and status.
• Everything at once: in Account, under Your data, click Download all your data. You get one ZIP file with your exhibits, fact files, quizzes, talk times, experiences and every page view.

Good to know

• In the Visitors CSV, each exhibit and animal has its ID and its name, in the exhibit, exhibit_name, object and object_name columns.
• Each visitor has an anonymous ID, not a name. Visitors' IP addresses are never included.
