Work through the getting-started checklist.

When your venue is new, Home shows a Get set up checklist of five steps. Work down it and your guide will be ready for visitors.

Steps

In the sidebar, click Home. The Get set up list is at the top, with how many steps are done.
Click Start to add your first exhibit, then Add to put an animal or species in it. Both open Exhibits & Objects.
Click Brand it to add your logo and colours on the Branding page.
Click Print to open QR Codes and print your first code.
Put the code up and scan it with your phone. When Curious sees the visit, the last step shows “✓ We saw your visit!”.
When you're done, or don't need the list, click Dismiss checklist.

The first two steps tick themselves when you've added an exhibit and an animal. Brand it and Print tick as soon as you click them.
The list goes away by itself once you have two exhibits and three animals or objects.
Want to try things out first? Click Load a sample exhibit to play with. It adds an exhibit with two sample fact files that you can edit or remove. Visitors can't see it.
The ticks and Dismiss checklist are remembered in this browser only, so the list can come back on another computer.
