Reset a forgotten password.

If you can't remember your password, you can set a new one from the sign-in page. You'll need to be able to open the e-mail address you sign in with.

Steps

1. 1

   Go to the sign-in page at get-curio.us/signin. Next to “Forgotten your password?”, click Reset it.

   Type the e-mail address you sign in with, and click E-mail me a link.

   Open the e-mail from Curious and click the link in it. The link works for an hour.

4. 4

   Type a new password in New password and again in Type it again, then click Save new password.

   TipPasswords need at least 12 characters, and you can't reuse any of your last five.

   Sign in with your new password.

Good to know

• No e-mail after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, and check you typed the address you sign in with. For your security, the page shows the same message whether or not that address has a login.
