Update your venue and contact details.

Your venue's name, address and contact details live on the Account page. The site name is the one visitors see at the top of your guide.

Steps

   In the sidebar, under Settings, click Account.

   Under Venue, change the Site name, Company, Address or Language.

   If you have a Google review page, paste its link into Google review link.

   TipFind the link in your Google Business Profile, under “Ask for reviews”.

   Under Contact, change the Contact, Phone or Main e-mail.

   Click Save changes. You'll see “Details changed!”.

   TipChanged your mind? Click Discard changes before you save.

   

Good to know

• The Site name shows at the top of your guide and in every e-mail. It can't be left empty.
• Main e-mail is where we contact you about your account.
• Language is your guide's default language code, for example “en”.
• Visitors who finish your feedback survey and rate their visit highly are invited to leave a review at your Google review link. Leave it empty and they aren't asked. The link must start with https://.
• The number of unsaved changes shows beside the buttons until you save.
• Only Admins can see Account.
