Change your name or password.

Your own login has its own page, Your login, where you can change your name and password. Everyone on your team has one, Admins and Users alike.

Steps

   At the bottom of the sidebar, above Log out, click your name.

   To change your name, type it under Name and click Save name.

   To change your password, type your Current password, then your New password and Type it again.

   TipIt needs at least 12 characters, with upper and lower case, a number and a symbol. You can't reuse your last five.

   Click Change password. You're signed out everywhere else.

   

Good to know

• Your e-mail address is shown but can't be changed here. Password resets go to it.
• Where you're signed in lists the browsers you're signed in on. To sign out of all the others, click the Sign out of button below the list.
• Forgotten your password? On the sign-in page, next to “Forgotten your password?”, click Reset it.
