Hide an exhibit while it's closed.
When an exhibit is closed, you can take it out of your visitor guide without deleting anything. Bring it back with one click when it reopens.
Steps

In the sidebar, under Content, click Exhibits & Objects.

In the exhibit's Status column, choose Hidden or Maintenance. It saves straight away.
TipTo show the exhibit again, choose Active.
What visitors see
- Hidden: visitors who scan the exhibit's QR code see “This exhibit is having a rest”, with a nudge to explore nearby.
- Maintenance: they see “Under maintenance” and “We'll have it back for you soon!”. Use it for short closures.
- Either way, the exhibit is left out of the list of exhibits in your guide, and nothing in it is deleted.
